Existing users will be greeted and offered a choice of up to 3 different pickup points based on their recent usage history, which is updated automatically each time you use ACE-ABC. The call may sound a little like this…

“To arrive as soon as possible press 1”
There will be a short pause to see if you select 1, then it continues.
“To book your taxi from…….Second address option”
“To arrive as soon as possible press 2”
There will be a short pause to see if you select 2, then it continues.
“To book your taxi from…….Third address option”
“To arrive as soon as possible press 3”
There will be a short pause to see if you select 3, then it continues.
If you wish to use a different location or wish to book a taxi for later, you will be passed through to an operator.
“You are now being connected to an operator”
All bookings made via the IVR or our App will receive a higher priority automatically and are dispatched to the vehicles first.
