Our App has received a brand new update! The new update shows available vehicles on the map and gives estimated delivery time. It will not state a time during busy periods and will not allow a booking if there are no cars available. it also provides the facility to pay by card in advance if u are not carrying cash. A-Z and location search is easier and saves previous pick up points in your well known list.
We have also modified our text settings so now all customers will receive the following by default
- A booking confirmation
- Dispatch confirmation with estimated delivery time
- Arrival confirmation including vehicle details
- Journey complete with news and a thank you message.
To promote the new app we will be running a competition throughout October & November. Any customer booking and completing a taxi journey via the new app or automated phone system will be entered into a draw to win prizes. The more you book the more entries you have. Prizes include
